Founder of the company in 1969, Rick still heads the company’s daily operations and management. He has extensive knowledge within the diving, salvage, engineering & gas industry and is a qualified fitter & machinist with considerable experience with multi-stage high pressure compressors, panel fabrication, gas storage systems, nitrogen and nitrox equipment, high pressure valves, hydrostatic testing of gas cylinders and high pressure equipment. Rick still prides himself on being readily available to talk directly to customers and give helpful advice where required. |

Brendan Poole ( General Manager ) He is a certified hyperbaric chamber operator, approved gas cylinder test station signatory, high pressure compressor service technician, breathing apparatus technician as well as having machining & engineering capabilities. In conjunction with these and other acquired skills, Brendan is also involved in the company’s ISO9001.2000 Quality Management program and future development projects within the company. Co-ordinating logistics is also one of his major responsibilities within the company. Marina Kouzmin (Customer service & support) Marina is responsible for Customer service and all general enquiries. Her qualifications include a degree in Marine Biology, and still maintains her active PADI SCUBA Instructor qualifications. Marina has extensive experience in gas blending as well as gas management safety. Marina has also logged hundreds of hours of Hyperbaric support in conjunction with Oxygen therapy treatments. |
Natasha Poole ( Accounts Manager ) Natasha has a Bachelor of Business with a background in accounts, small business management and film production. She is responsible for the maintenance of all financial information and documentation. Natasha is NSW Senior first aid certified and is also qualified in Certificate 4: Workplace training and assessment. |
